Ten years ago, in December 2009 our MD, Roni Savage, took the leap to create a consultancy focused on delivery, quality and client satisfaction. Fast forward 10 years and we are now the thriving engineering and environmental consultancy that she was aiming for.
We now have a head office in Uxbridge, Greater London as well as satellite offices in Manchester, Swindon, Kent and our recent expansion into Wales brings our newest office in Bridgend.
By specialising in supporting the land development process and reducing costs for our clients across the UK, we have now become a multi-award winning company and pride ourselves in our superior and responsive service.
Breaking all the norms in an industry where only approximately only 12% of the workforce is female, our business has grown consistently, with continuous regular positive feedback from our clients. Our success has been recognised with a multitude of awards, and these accolades now provide a platform that allows us to show just how much can be achieved.
We are also helping to inspire the next generation of engineers. We work every day to demonstrate that an inclusive and diverse environment is something that should be embraced in the construction and engineering industries and is something that Roni and Jomas Associates are very passionate about.
